Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the GetVisaPlanwebsite and the business-plan document service offered through it (together, the “Service”), operated by GetVisaPlan(“we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Service, or by placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
GetVisaPlanprepares a self-prepared, USCIS-format E-2 business plan and accompanying financial projections (the “Document”) from the business information you provide. The Document is a business document only. We are not a law firm, we do notprovide legal or immigration advice, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship. “USCIS-format” refers to the structure and content of the Document only; it is not an approval, endorsement, or guarantee of any kind. See the No-advice section below.
2. Orders, delivery & refunds
The E-2 Business Plan is offered as a made-to-order document at the founding price, a one-time fee of $199, charged at checkout through Stripe. Each order is prepared from the inputs you provide and delivered within 3 business days of receiving your completed information. You may request a full refund anytime before your Document is delivered; once the Document has been delivered, the sale is final except where a refund is required by law. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the fees and any applicable taxes.
3. Your information & responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and lawfulness of the business information you submit, and you certify that it is true. The Document is built from your inputs, so its usefulness depends on them. You are responsible for reviewing the Document, for any edits you make to it, and for how you use it. Keep your account credentials confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- submit information you know to be false, or that you do not have the right to provide;
- submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or violates a third party’s privacy or intellectual-property rights;
- resell, white-label, or redistribute the Document or the Service as your own substantially similar product;
- copy, scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the underlying templates, models, or software;
- interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its infrastructure;
- violate any applicable law in connection with your use of the Service or the Document.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including the site, the underlying document templates, financial models, and software, is owned by us and protected by applicable law. Subject to these Terms and payment of any applicable fee, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Document we deliver to you for your own E-2 application. The business facts and figures you supply remain yours.
6. No legal or immigration advice
GetVisaPlan produces a self-prepared business document and financial projections, not legal or immigration advice. We are not a law firm and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS, the U.S. Department of State, or any government agency. We do notassess your eligibility, recommend a visa category, or prepare, complete, or file immigration forms, and we do not communicate with any government agency on your behalf. “USCIS-format” refers to document structure only and is not an approval or any guarantee. A business plan is only one part of a visa application; approval depends on your full case and the adjudicating officer. You are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility and filing strategy with a licensed immigration attorney, and using the Service does not create an attorney-client relationship.
7. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND THE DOCUMENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the Document will be accurate or complete, or that it will result in any particular outcome, including visa approval.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or any visa or immigration outcome. Our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or US $200.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim or demand arising out of your use of the Service or the Document, the information you submit, or your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party right.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or create risk or legal exposure for us. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
11. Changes
We may modify the Service or these Terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator is principally located, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there for any dispute arising under them.
